DEAR SUN SPOTS: Would you be able to find out if Tractor Supply is still going to built in Turner? — Bob, no town
ANSWER: Remember, these things take time, especially these days. Significant added expenses for materials and labor, staffing issues, and other unforeseen complications often equal project delays.
I attempted to find an update and last I knew, the permit was given to Tractor Supply back in March 2024 and is good for two years. Readers, if you know anything that will be helpful in answering this question, please chime in.
DEAR SUN SPOTS: We’re looking for crafters and vendors for Farwell School’s 55th annual Pumpkin Festival to be held in Lewiston on Sunday, Oct. 19.
If you are interested in participating, please contact us at [email protected] for an application or inquiries. — Amanda, no town
ANSWER: October seems like a long way off right now but it’s always best to be preparing early. I have a daughter who does craft fairs and she books herself months in advance. Fall is the busiest time for these events and there are many craft fairs to choose from.
