Edward Little: The Red Eddies hope to build off their success in 2024, when they won the KVAC Shootout and finished sixth at the Class A state championship. Coach Nathan Pushard expects Carson Veilleux and Cole Levesque to lead the way.

Gray-New Gloucester: Henry Stone, who finished 27th at the Class C state championship last season, and fellow junior Jason Maschino are the top returning players. Coach Wayne Martin also is counting on Reid Trepaney to have a solid season.

Leavitt: For the first time in a while, the Hornets will not have one of the Haylock sisters on the roster. Leavitt will rely on Thomas Pratt and Malcom Folsom and newcomer Liam Turcotte as it looks to remain competitive in the KVAC.

Monmouth Academy: The Mustangs have high hopes for a good finish at the Class C state championship. Kyle Bryant, Tristan Comeau and Addison Beaudoin all competed in last year’s state tournament, and coach David Beaudoin expects newcomer Levi Laverdiere to contribute.

Spruce Mountain: The Phoenix lost many key players from last season, but coach Diane Fenlason is optimistic about this year’s team. Evan Hamilton returns after helping the Phoenix finish second at the MVC championship and ninth at the Class C state championship.
