Simonne Cote
COLCHESTER, Conn. – Simonne “Jackie” Cote, 82, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025 in Colchester, Conn., formerly of Southington Conn. Jackie was born on July 20, 1943, in Auburn, Maine.
Jackie found fulfillment in her career and took great pride in her work before retiring. She appreciated the simple joys of life and especially enjoyed spending time at Oasis, a local breakfast spot that brought her comfort and connection.
She is lovingly remembered by Donald “Mike” Cote and wife Carol Cote of Jensen Beach, Fla., and Daniel Cote and wife Rose Cote of Colchester, Conn. Jackie was predeceased by her parents Adrien and Yvette Cote, her long time friend Madeline Thibeault and by her sister Pauline Keene. Her memory will also be cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins whose lives she touched.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
A mass will be held at St. Philips Church, Auburn, Maine on Oct. 18 at 11 a.m.
