Natalie Irwin recorded a hat trick to lift Winthrop to an 8-3 win over Dirigo in a field hockey game Monday in Winthrop. 

Sophie Shuman and Evelyn Mortimer each added a pair of goals for the Ramblers (2-0). Piper Clark also scored. 

Dirigo fell to 1-2. 

MOUNTAIN VALLEY 11, TELSTAR 0: Melina Byam and Addison Libby both scored four goals to lead the Falcons (2-2) past the Rebels (0-3) in Bethel. 

Emma Williamson added two goals and Morgan Robins had one. 

Emily Gilbert earned the shutout by stopping two shots. Madelyn Cooley made 18 saves for Telstar.

HALL-DALE/MONMOUTH 1, BOOTHBAY 0: Abby Labonte scored in the second quarter, and the Bulldogs (3-1-1) beat the Seahawks (2-1) in Boothbay Harbor.

Natalie James had an assist. Mya Cote stopped nine shots for the shutout.

MESSALONSKEE 2, EDWARD LITTLE 0: Addie Hafford scored two first-half goals to lift the Eagles (4-0) past the Red Eddies (2-3) in Oakland.

Ruby Harris made 15 saves for Edward Little.

LEWISTON 3, HAMPDEN ACADEMY 2: Lauren Cote netted a hat trick for the Blue Devils (2-2) in a win over the Broncos (1-1-1) at Hampden.

Charlotte Crowley and Ayanay Holloman each had an assist for Lewiston. 

Delia Rich and Aubrey White scored for Hampden.

Shelby Vallee made four saves for Lewiston. Hampden’s Mabel Hawkes stopped seven shots.

LISBON 2, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 1: Melanie Simmons scored in the fourth quarter to lift the Greyhounds (4-0-1) over the Phoenix (3-1) in Jay.

Alivia Saunders got the other Lisbon goal.

Aisia Armandi scored with an assist from Linda Lake for Spruce Mountain.

MT. ABRAM 5, RICHMOND 0: Jamie Hering and Killian Pillsbury both scored twice as the Roadrunners (1-1) beat the Bobcats (1-1-1) in Salem.

Will Swain also scored and Brennan Mitchelll had two assists. Hering, Chase Ross and Pillsbury each were credited with an assist, and Ben Beaulier made two saves for the shutout.

Richmond keeper David Edwards stopped five shots.
