Halloween
NORWAY — On Friday, October 29 at 5 p.m., after the Norway Downtown Trick or Treat Event, children of all ages and their grown-ups are invited to the Second Congregational Church parsonage, 201 Main Street, Norway for “Stories at the Parsonage.” The white Victorian parsonage is located next to the church.
Pastor Sara Bartlett, known to the congregation for her great storytelling skills, will be reading child-appropriate Halloween stories in the parsonage. Costumes are most welcome, but masks are required for everyone.  All children, whether preschoolers, homeschoolers, or elementary students must also attend with their grownup.
This fun, spooktacular storytime will be a safe and happy end to a busy afternoon. There will be air purifiers running.  Children will sit 3-6 feet apart.  Popcorn and juice will be served for a snack.  Wearing a jacket or bringing a blanket to sit upon is recommended.  Parking is available in the church lot.  Storytime will last about 30 minutes.
All are welcome at the Second Congregational Church, UCC, Norway, Maine.  For more information, please contact the church office at 207-743-2290.
