Rumford Fire Chief Chris Reed, Linda Pepin, center, and Connie Venskus decorate two large downtown planters on Small Business Saturday in Rumford. The boughs were donated by Fryewood Farms of Roxbury. Volunteers also decorated the John Kezal Bandstand in Veterans Park.
