LEWISTON — Every year, Central Maine Credit Union presents the Dominic Roux Scholarship Award, named after the credit union’s first CEO, to one of its members. Members currently enrolled in or pursuing higher education may apply for the scholarship that may be used toward college expenses.

Nicole Smith of Greene is the recipient of the 2011 scholarship. A 2011 graduate of Leavitt High School, Nicole will be entering the University of New Hampshire in Durham.
