Sparkling Angelic Diva Vice Queen Victoria Haines sells raffle tickets Friday at the Auburn Mall for the annual Salvation Army toy drive. The Sparkling Angelic Diva chapter of the Red Hat Society has been around for the past 18 years where they meet frequently for social activities and to help those less fortunate.
