NORWAY — Norway Savings Bank recently hired Richard St. Pierre as senior vice president and senior finance officer.

St. Pierre will work closely with Brian Shibles, who serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, as he prepares for retirement in 2025 after a 23-year career with the bank.

In his new role, St. Pierre will oversee the overall management of the bank’s financial accounting, budget, investments and facilities management. St. Pierre has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, including 10 years in community banking.
