NORWAY — On Thursday, February 29 from 12-4 p.m, Norway Memorial Library will gather items for a Leap Year Time Capsule. People of all ages are invited to contribute to the time capsule with small artifacts that represent current times and to write messages with wishes and hopes for the next four years. The capsule will be stashed until February 29, 2028. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa, a little something extra on this ‘extra’ day of the year.
