Watching the horrendous ignorance and disrespect on college campuses has rightfully been called “disgusting.” Your op-ed from Michael Peters (“Jewish people deserve to be celebrated,” April 24) was right on the money, and everyone should read it and think about it.

It has been reported that President Biden is thinking about bringing Palestinians who may be related to people here in the United States into our country. Big mistake. Jordan refused these people. Egypt refused these people. If Arab countries like those do not want them, why should we take them?

We do not want or need them here. Hardworking taxpayers have enough mouths to feed, shelters to provide, and other benefits to dole out. These people do not honor our culture or speak our language. Provide some money and food and insist these people stay in the Middle East.

I believe our president should know by now we have had enough. We want no more.
