ANSWER: The Poland Spring Preservation Society was formed in 1975 shortly after the Poland Spring House fire. The society is dedicated to preserving the history of Poland Spring through the operation of the Maine State Building and All Souls Chapel. Today, these buildings are enjoyed as the site for historic exhibits, an art gallery, and wedding and musical concerts throughout the summer months. The society operations are directed by a volunteer board and staff members.

Enjoy this beautiful concert series!

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I have several 1,000 piece puzzles to give away. I was hoping you could help find a home for them. I called several nursing homes and they have stopped taking them due to COVID. I can be reached at 782-1456. Thank you for all the helpful things you do. — Marianne, Lewiston
