BETHEL — First responders were called to the area of Route 26 and Rabbit Road for a motor vehicle crash Tuesday evening.

Few details are available on the crash, which occurred around 4:45 p.m. near Rabbit Road on Route 26/Walkers Mills Road.

Life Flight was called around 5 p.m. to touch down at Bethel-Davis Regional Airport.

An Oxford County Regional Communications dispatcher said traffic on Walkers Mills Road had been completely blocked and motorists should seek an alternative route.

The Oxford County Sheriff’s Office was not immediately available for comment.
