RUMFORD — Rumford Senior Citizens will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26. The board will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19.

A shopping trip is planned for Thursday, Nov. 10, through Western Maine Transportation. A trip to Town and Country Inn in Gorham, N.H., is also planned for Nov. 10, leaving the center at 9:30 a.m. The cost of $40 includes entertainment and a choice of prime rib, nut crusted chicken or baked salmon.

The annual Christmas party will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at the American Legion on Congress Street. A meal and entertainment are included. The cost is $10.

Walkers, canes, crutches and other items are available for those in need. The center is open from 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Thursday.
