BETHEL — West Parish Congregational Church, at 32 Church Street in Bethel, will host a family-friendly Christmas Eve service on Dec. 24 at 5 p.m.
WEST PARIS — On December 22 at 4:30 p.m the First Universalist Church of West Paris will host a candlelight service, led by Pastor Linda Couture, who will share the Christmas story; and there will be Christmas carols and a special gift of treats for those attending. Please bring a donation of non-perishable foods that will be donated to the West Paris food pantry.
Music performed by organist, Elaine Emery. There will be light refreshments following the service. All are welcome to attend. LOCKE’S MILLS — The Locke’s Mills Union Church will be having a service at 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve. This early service will get you home before dark.
Concerts
BETHEL — Join BAAM at the Gem for Youth Open Stage on Dec. 19 from 5 to 7 p.m. The theme will be “Holiday”!
ANDOVER — The weekend of the 2nd Annual Acoustipalian Christmas Show is finally here. This will be a great show with some very special guests. The performances will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. and a matinee on Dec. 22 at 2 p.m. at the Andover Town Hall.
Nativity
BETHEL — This Sunday, Dec. 22, starting at 5 p.m., the Living Nativity will once again be on the Bethel Town Common. It will feature a retelling of the Nativity Story with singing and live animals. Anyone wishing to join the choir will need to meet at the Bethel Inn dining room at 4 p.m. After the Nativity, everyone is invited to gather at the Moses Mason House Barn for hot cocoa and cookies.
