KINGFIELD — On Saturday, Dec. 14, children were invited to Webster Library to write letters to Santa from 10 a.m. to noon.
The library was quiet as kids worked on their letters or read books. Cookies and other snacks were provided as well.
Eight-year-olds Khenan and Abel and 10-year-old Finley were wrapped up in their books in the corner of the library.
Also at the library that day was Hank, a certified therapy dog. His owner, Linda Coffin said that she brings Hank to the library every other Wednesday and every Saturday. She also brings him to Kingfield Elementary School, Maine Mountain Children’s House, and the Sandy River Center.
