Workers from DICON (Diocesan Construction) erect scaffolding Tuesday morning around Holy Family Church on Sabattus Street in Lewiston. After the scaffolding is secured, they will come back in the spring and repair and replace some of the damaged stones on the façade. DICON is the Diocese of Portland’s “in house” restoration and construction company, which the diocese depends upon to maintain its more than 400 structures statewide. Russ Dillingham/Sun Journal
