A commercial property known as the Buckfield Mall is going to live auction at 11 a.m. May 2. The 3-acre lot at 8 East Buckfield Road is a former convenience store with gas pumps and redemption center. It also has a kitchen, small dining room and walk-in cooler.
The property is being auctioned as-is or for redevelopment.
Previews of the property will be held April 14 at 1 p.m. and at 10 a.m. the day of the auction. You must register to attend a preview and you must register to bid in the live auction.
Tranzon is the auction agent and is requiring a $10,000 deposit, and buyers must be able to close within 45 days with no contingencies.
