BETHEL — Bethel area students will take part in all kinds of events on Senior Week starting Sunday June 1 and culminating with graduation on Friday June 6 and Project Graduation. Here is the Class of 2025 End-of-Year schedule.
Sunday, June 1 – Senior Varsity Sports Dinner; Telstar Cafeteria at 5 p.m.
Monday, June 2
Lecture Hall 9:30a.m. to 11a.m.
Laptop turn-in, academic and library books returned.
Accounts paid in full: owed course fees, class dues, cafeteria bills, laptop fees, etc.
Collect unclaimed items from lockers and the locker rooms.
Caps and Gowns distributed.
East/West All Star Banquet – Richmond, Maine 5pm (All Stars expected to attend, more information coming)
Town Parade – (Seniors to be dropped off behind the Telstar gym at 5pm)
The community parade will line up at Telstar in the student parking lot in parking spaces and be led through town by
local first responders. Everyone MUST stay in their cars. Parade will leave Telstar at 5:25pm sharp. Students need to
be picked up at 6:45p.m. from Telstar.
Tuesday, June 3
Marching Practice 8:30 a.m. -10 a.m. in the gym
Senior Gratitude Dinner: Bethel Inn 5-7 pm- Seniors will invite one guest.
Wednesday, June 4
Senior Class Trip – Class trip to Boston; All seniors need to be at Telstar by 6:00 am returning around 7 or 8 pm.
Students will have a choice of morning activities followed by an afternoon Red Sox game.
Thursday, June 5
Marching Practice 9:30 a.m. -11 a.m., meet in the gym. Class meeting included.
Walk Through Elementary Schools: Seniors wear caps and gowns. Bus picks up students at 11:00 am. Travel to
WES for 11:15am, then to Andover for 12:00pm, then to CPS for 12:45, Then to TMS/THS for 1:00, 1:15 Senior
barbeque under the tent on the patio.
Ice Cream provided by Project Graduation Parents after lunch.
“A Coming Together” Practice at 1:45pm in the Auditorium for seniors that are presenting.
“A Coming Together” 7pm, Auditorium (Students will need to arrive at Telstar and enter the rear of the gym at
6:30pm.)
WHAT TV will broadcast live.
Students must wear their caps and gowns for this event.
Friday, June 6
Marching Practice: 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 am
Senior Scholarships and Last Assembly: 12:30 p.m., in the Auditorium (Students need to arrive at the back of the
gym at 12:00 p.m. to line up). All high school students will be in the auditorium. WHAT TV will broadcast live.
Commencement in Telstar Gym, 7pm. Graduates arrive by 6pm
White 2025 stoles distributed.
Students must wear their caps and gowns for these events.
Project Graduation gathering in the hallway outside of the library before departing at 8:30 p.m. and will return
for 6am. Students need to be picked up by a parent or guardian, and are not allowed to drive themselves.
