CPR Certification

Thursday, Sept. 18, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.  $65.

Includes adult, child and infant CPR and AED use and adult and infant choking.  This class uses manikins, videos, certified instructor and has ample time for the practical components.  Taught by American Heart Association standards.  Workbook is $10..  Offered in OHNAE.

Maine Driving Dynamics

Oct. 7 and Oct. 9, 6 – 8:30 p.m.   $70.

This course covers collision-avoidance techniques and safety tips to help you become a better driver.  These techniques will be discussed through lectures, videos and classroom participation.  Those completing the course will receive a three-point credit on their license record.  Offered in OHNAE.

Certified Residential Medication Aide 

Oct. 10 – Oct. 26, $450

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will obtain a certificate from the State of Maine and be certified to provide medication administration in a residential setting.  Training covers state regulations, proper procedures, documentation and resident rights.  Re-certification is required every 2 years.  The registration fee includes all training materials.

CDL Bus Driver Training

Ongoing Enrollment, $3,000

The CDL Class B class prepares students to meet the Maine BMV Class B school bus driving requirements and consists of online theory instruction and 30 hours of driving instruction to prepare students for the State written and skills exam and the state road test.  Offered online.  Driving hours with instructor.
