RANGELEY — The Rangeley Friends of the Arts will host the 11th annual Western Mountain Photography Show awards and opening reception on Saturday, Sept. 13, 5:30 — 7 p.m. The event will be held at Lakeside Contemporary Art Gallery, located in the lobby of the RFA Lakeside Theater, 2493 Main Street.

The theme for the 2025 juried exhibit is: Abstract Nature Photography. The images accepted into the juried show will be on display and the winners will be announced and prizes awarded.

The show will run through Wednesday, Oct 8. Gallery hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m. — 2 p.m. During the entire exhibit, attendees may vote for their favorite image in the People’s Choice competition, with the winner announced at the end of the exhibit.

This is a public event and reception featuring complimentary snacks and a cash beer and wine bar.
