HARRISON — A monthly senior social with potluck dining, games and bingo begins Jan. 3 for residents 60 years of age and older.
Recreation Director Paula Holt said the senior social will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month at the Congregational Church in Harrison (across from Crystal Lake Park), beginning Jan. 3. Admission is free.
Participants should bring a food dish to share. Dessert and beverages will be provided.
There will be door prizes and prizes for bingo winners, said Holt.
“This is a great opportunity to gather, socialize, relax, play bingo and just have fun,” said Holt in a statement announcing the event, which is sponsored by the Harrison Park and Recreation Department.
