SOUTH PARIS — The Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce announces that the Maine Veterans’ Home, 477 High St., will host a Business After Hours event on Jan. 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 pm.

Information about services available at the home will be shared, and tours of the facility will be available.

In conjunction with Maine Veterans’ Home, the Western Maine Veterans Advisory Committee will present information on how members enrich the lives of the residents of the home by hosting a wide array of activities. WMVAC raises funds throughout the year to sustain this program. Included in their fundraiser events are a golf tournament and a Maine military event.
