LANCASTER, Pa. — Emily Ray, Dirigo class of 2011 and freshman attending Franklin and Marshall College, made the dean’s list for the fall semester. She is studying philosophy and pre-law. Ray is the daughter of Richard and Diane Ray of Canton.
