AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College will offer “Supervising People: The Essential Skills for Leaders.”
This five-part series will be held Fridays, May 18 to June 15, from 9 a.m. to noon. The cost is $315 and includes all materials.
This program will help managers, supervisors and team leaders identify communication barriers, performance issues and will provide tools to address difficult employees. Topics include communication, coaching for improved performance, team building, and collaborative team problem-solving.
This noncredit course is open to anyone interested in learning effective supervision techniques. Registration is open and ongoing, however space is limited.
