LEWISTON — Electricity Maine’s Power to Help Program recently contributed $1,465 to the Adolescent Psychiatric Unit at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
Electricity Maine contributed $5 for every St. Mary’s employee, family member or friend who enrolled with the electricity supplier. The money will be used for recreational opportunities for clients in the unit.
St. Mary’s is one of the state’s largest providers of behavioral health services to children, adolescents and adults who suffer from mental health illness. Electricity Maine is an Auburn-based energy provider.
