Nate Libby was raised in Norridgewock in a working class family. He was raised in a Republican household so, as a Democrat, he learned over the years how to talk with folks who had opposing views and how to work with them.

He was an honor student and attended Bates College, here in Lewiston — the first in his family to go to college.

At 28-years-old, Libby is a homeowner who is happily married with a son. He serves his community well as a Lewiston city councilor.

He represents the new generation of young leaders we have been hearing about who want to stay in Lewiston, knowing it is a great place to live and work. He wants to help our community grow and prosper.
