AUBURN — The Auburn Public Library announces that SCORE will now provide free and confidential business mentoring at the library on a weekly basis. SCORE mentors will be available on Thursdays by appointment between the hours of 4 and 7 p.m. to help people meet their business goals. The first available date will be Nov. 29.
Committed to growing businesses, SCORE experts provide professional guidance to maximize the success of existing and emerging small businesses. SCORE’s counseling expertise covers business planning and development in such specialties as financial planning and analysis, pricing, manufacturing, human resources, marketing and more.
This latest partnership between the Auburn Public Library and SCORE is just the newest step in the library’s ongoing focus on small business development and small business resources. In January, the library will launch a number of Thursday night workshops covering business processes such as cash-flow forecasting, social-media marketing, and pricing.
For more information about the library’s business resources or to make an appointment with SCORE representatives, call the library at 333-6640, ext. 4.
