Outlook: EL/Leavitt had a strong season last year making it to the regional semi-finals and look to go even deeper this season. They didn’t lose any players from last year’s squad. If the chemistry carries over from last season, they should be one of the top contenders coming out of Eastern Maine.
Coach’s comment: “We have a lot of experience and talent returning from last year’s team, but will need some of the freshmen and players who have not seen a lot of game action to contribute. Even though we are two schools, we have truly come together as a team early in the season. If that team atmosphere, along with the strong leadership, positive attitude, and commitment to hard work remain throughout the season, we should reach our goal of winning a playoff game this year.” — Coach Shon Collins
