Returning players: Seniors — Melora Lavoie (5-8 forward), Amanda Gibson (5-6 forward), Kayla Yirrell (5-11 center), Brittina Maheux (5-3 guard), Aliyah Gregory 5-9 center); Juniors — Emily Bolduc (5-8 guard), Lindsay Theriault (5-8 forward), Renee Reid (5-4 guard); Sophomores — Michaella Arsenault (5-8 forward), Hope Kohtala (5-7 guard), Caroline Littlefield (5-10 forward).

Key losses: Katrina Seeley (guard), Danielle Miville (forward)

Promising newcomers: Sophomores — Taylor Summers (5-10 forward), Marissa Zink (5-8 forward).

Outlook: The Knights lost just two players from last year and return their top three scorers and top three rebounders, including Bolduc, an all-conference guard. Poland won a program-high six games last year and earned a playoff spot. The Knights hope to build off that experience and go even higher this year.
