DURHAM — A 19-year-old Lisbon Falls driver escaped injury Friday night after falling asleep at the wheel and going off Route 125.

According to Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Caron, Jessiah Carlson of Dumas Street was traveling north on Route 125 when he fell asleep and veered off the road at the intersection of Meadow Road.

Damage was estimated at $2,000 to his 2000 Toyota Celica in the 5:30 p.m crash.
