NEW GLOUCESTER — Residents are invited to a public water workshop at 9 a.m. Saturday at Memorial School, 86 Intervale Road.

The workshop follows the results of a recent vote opposing the new water system and will allow residents to voice their opinions.

The day will begin with a presentation on the project overview and amendments, followed by project constraints and time for public comments.

The meeting will break for lunch at 11:45 a.m. and resume at 12:30 p.m.  to review and plan the next steps for the community.
