LEWISTON — Mama’s Cabaret, 16 Park St. (first floor) will hold its grand opening on Friday, April 19, with celebrities, including The Lady Chablis from the movie “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil” and hip hop recording artist Troy Michael who will perform live.

Mama’s Cabaret is a Southern-based restaurant/lounge featuring a little bit of old New Orleans, Florida and Georgia. The menu includes foods such as crawdads, alligator tail and steak tips.

Greeting patrons is the famous, talented and hysterical “Mama” Savannah Georgia. Every night during the week it’s a cabaret with comedians, live singers, karaoke, jazz bands, blues, game nights, movie nights, murder mystery dinners, drag shows and celebrity performers.

The business is available for bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday parties and business functions. It is open seven days a week and once a month there will be an 18-plus night of safe fun. For more information, call 777-1050.
