LEWISTON — On Jan. 28 and 29, Healthy Androscoggin is sponsoring a free Healthy Homes, Healthy Families class for all Lewiston-Auburn residents. The class will be held from 9 a.m. to noon both days at St. Mary’s Nutrition Center, 208 Bates St.

Class topics include lead poisoning prevention, tenant rights, pest prevention, air quality, tobacco-free housing, healthy eating and kitchen safety.

The class will have free, healthy food. Participants receive free cleaning supplies for attending both days. Childcare and interpretation services will be available upon request.
