AUBURN — Sherri Chase and Rebecca Whalen announce the opening of their business, Maine Mobile Groomers. It has been in operation since March. Its service area is Androscoggin County.

The grooming service is brought to the pet’s home, where the pet can feel more comfortable. The business offers many different services, with the spa treatment including a customized shampoo, massage, blow drying, brushing, nail clipping, teeth brushing, ear cleaning and a blueberry facial. Other services include “pawdicures,” nail grinding, flea baths and excess hair removal. The cost varies depending on the breed, size, coat condition and scope of services.

The staff at Maine Mobile Groomers are dedicated to making the grooming experience positive, enjoyable and relaxing for pets and their pet parents. It is recommended that appointments be made in advance during the summertime and around the holidays.
