* Kerwin Lamour, 28, of 636 Washington St., Portland, on warrants, 2:50 a.m. Friday at Pine and Bradley streets.

* Russell Vasquez, 38, of 193 Howard St., on a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, 3:31 a.m. Friday at Pine and Horton streets.

Auburn

* Lance R. Vigue, 30, of 53B Summit Road, Gray, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, 1:54 a.m. Friday on Washington Street.

* Scott Lee Scanlon, 34, of 180 South Ave., Lewiston, on charges of domestic terrorizing, refusing to sign a summons and trafficking in prison contraband, 9:13 p.m. Thursday on High Street.

Androscoggin County

* Douglas R. Gagne, 52, of 171 Littlefield Road, Sabattus, arrested by Sabattus police on charges of disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release, 7:30 p.m. Thursday at that address.

* Robert Silver, 28, of Farmington, arrested by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on warrants, 10:32 p.m. Thursday in Skowhegan.

ACCIDENTS

* A driver lost control of a car, skidding onto the shoulder and striking a concrete curb at 2:48 a.m. Wednesday on Park Avenue. According to a police report, the driver fled the scene and is listed as unknown. The car, a 2003 Ford owned by Lucien Beaucage of Turner, was towed.
