SABATTUS – Police and emergency crews were at the scene of a crash at Routes 126 and 132 Friday night.

Traffic came to a halt at the intersection as fire crews made their way in to free the victims. There were early reports of at least one injury, although those reports could not be immediately confirmed.

The crash was reported at about 8:15 p.m. on a stretch of Route 126 between Sabattus Pond and Fielder’s Choice Ice Cream. It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved.
