Piglet is a victim of circumstance. Her owner passed away and she had nowhere else to go except  the shelter. How sad that this beautiful cat no longer had someone to snuggle with or call her their “little Piglet.”
 
This ten-year old feline has a lot to offer, companionship, good manner, and a quiet presence. She is ready to be a special part of someone’s life again. Her caregivers at the shelter know there is someone out there that is ready to give her love.

Responsible Pet Care of Oxford Hills is a no-kill, non-profit shelter and adoption center for cats and dogs, and the holding area for stray dogs for 12 towns in Oxford County. The shelter is located at 9 Swallow Road in Paris.

Anyone interested in adopting a pet from RPC can visit the shelter Tuesday through Thursday from noon until 4 p.m., Friday from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Most of the adoptable pets and the adoption application can be found online on the shelter’s website at www.rpc.petfinder.com.

Responsible Pet Care operates a thrift shop called Pawsibilities. It is located at 132 Waterford Road in Norway, and is open Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Donations of clean, usable household items are accepted during shop hours. All the money raised at Pawsibilities supports RPC.
