AUBURN — Michael G. Spaulding, CPA, announces the opening of Androscoggin Tax & Accounting, LLC, at 84 Main St., Suite 207.

After practicing accountancy in the Lewiston/Auburn area for the past 27 years, including being a shareholder in another local firm, Spaulding decided to open a firm.

He received his bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Southern Maine and specializes in income tax preparation, consulting and planning for small businesses, individuals, trusts and estates. His particular expertise is working with construction companies, retail and wholesale establishments.

Spaulding lives in Lewiston, has four grown children and is active in the community.
