NORWAY — The improv comedy troupe Teacher’s Lounge Mafia will perform at the Norway Memorial Library at 7 p.m. Friday, May 6.
The group, performing since 2008, consists of Natalie Simmons, Kyla Wheeler, Jeff Bailey, Phillip Hobby and Dan Ryder. The performances are similar to those seen on the TV show “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”
Inspired by Upright Citizens Brigade, Saturday Night Live, The State, Kids in the Hall and the works of Noel Paul Stookey and Ted Turner, the group strives to bring something different to the foothills of western Maine and still be allowed to live here.
Free tickets are required for this event and are available at the library. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
