POLAND — The Poland Spring Preservation Society’s annual summer concert series runs Mondays through Aug. 29.
Performances are in the All Souls Chapel. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., performances begin at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served in the Maine State Building.
Anni Clark will perform on July 11. Clark won Female Artist of the Year and Folk Artist of the Year in 2003 in Jam Music Magazine’s Reader’s Pix awards.
The group has also planned Wicked Wednesday events, including Mainly Improv on July 6. This night of on-the-spot comedy will be at the Maine State Building.
Admission is $6 for those purchasing tickets at the Maine State Building before 5 p.m. the day of the performance, or $7.50 at the door.
All proceeds will go toward helping preserve these buildings and their history.
