TURNER — New Ventures Maine is offering a free workshop, Clean Up Your Credit, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at SAD 52 Adult Education, 486 Turner St., Turner.

This workshop aims to help people have a better understanding of credit. Topics for discussion will include basic concepts of credit, strategies for reducing debt, credit reports and credit scores.
