THE VILLAGES, Fla. — Winona “Nonie” Ruth Porter Adams, 75, passed away under the care of Compassionate Care Hospice and Elan Buena Vista on Monday, July 16.

She was born to her loving parents, Norman Lawrence Porter and Barbara Christine Pulsifer Porter, on June 10, 1943, in Portland.

She is survived by her loving husband, Al “Rick” Adams; children Karen Michelle Adams Chong (Wei-Li), Andrea Nicole Adams Toone (Matthew); grandchildren Ethan Toone, Abbie Chong, Morgan Toone, Harrison Toone, Jillian Chong; and one sister, Elaine Witherbee (Gary).
