LEWISTON — The Lewiston-Auburn Life Chain will take place from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 3, when local pro-lifers will line the sidewalks along both sides of the Longley Bridge and pray for an end to abortion as they hold signs protesting abortion.

Every year hundreds of cities and towns across the United States and Canada minister the Life Chain message. This will be Lewiston-Auburn’s 17th annual Life Chain.

All are welcome to join the rain or shine event. Children under close supervision are welcome and chairs may be brought for the elderly or handicapped.

Gather at Great Falls Plaza next to the Auburn Post Office at 2 p.m. to pick up posters. For more information, call 782-7721.
