Ellen Preble dances with the Litchfield Senior Steppers at the Litchfield Senior Center on Monday morning. The Steppers perform regularly at area nursing homes and at larger events such as the Litchfield Fair. The group welcomes members of all ages. Preble says the dancing is a great stress reliever and is addictive. She says she has made some great friendships through the weekly practice.
