Jay Sloat of Auburn wanders Wednesday through the Oxford Plains Speedway car show at the Auburn Mall. Sloat was on a pit crew at the Oxford racetrack on and off for over 20 years. He said just once he was able to take the wheel and compete in a race. The car show features over 40 cars lined up in the walkways of the mall and continues through the end of the week.
