The Franklin County Children’s Task Force Dress Swap opens Tuesday, Feb. 12. The swap is the ideal place for girls to find the perfect dress with the Saturday, March 9 Father Daughter Dances at Spruce Mountain Middle School in Jay and Strong Elementary School in Strong.

The Mt Blue State Park in Weld and Kineowathe Park in Wilton ice rinks have opened for the season. It is anticipated the Hippach Field rink will open soon.
