Spruce Mountain joins service center, increases lunch price
School in Regional School Unit 73 starts on Wednesday, August 28. Students should be at their school by 7:30 a.m. It will not be a late arrival day but Wednesday, September 4 will be. At a district wide meeting Thursday, voters unanimously favored joining the Western Maine Regional Service Center. Later the board voted to increase the price of all school lunches by five cents.
