Canton to hold special town meeting to vote on road work
The town of Canton will hold a Special Town Meeting next Thursday to vote on whether to use $150,000 from an undesignated fund for roadwork this spring. Also, nomination papers are available for two selectmen’s seats of three-year terms.

The board voted 3-1 not to pursue repayment, considering it a gift.
