PARIS — Winthrop/Monmouth High School won the 2017 Oxford Hills High School Summer League Championship. The team beat Lewiston 13-1 in the championship game while going 16-1 on the season. They captured their second straight league championship with a combined record of 33-1 over the past two league seasons.
